  File management offers a range of services including management of filing documents, official action (OA) documents, clients' instruction documents and responses to OA documents. When the above documents are confirmed to have transferred, received or sent, electronic copies of them are saved in the corresponding file management system. Changes in clients' information can also be recorded in the system whenever they occur.
